RUSSIAN KETTLEBELL SWING 24kg/16kg
CHEST TO BAR PUL UPS/PULL UPS
WALL BALLS 9kg/6kg

Complete as many reps as possible in 14 minutes following the rep scheme below:
Ascending ladder (5-5-5, 10-10-10, 15-15-15 etc.)
This is a timed workout.
If You complete the round of 15 go on to 20, if you finished 20 go to 25, etc.
SCORE = TOTAL REPS
